Karmel is a e-Marketplace that offers studios the opportunity to advertise and post their products and services, and the opportunity for buyers to browse, search and to buy the listed products or services.

MEMBERSHIP AND FEES
- Using Al Karmelis generally free. We may charge fees for certain Services. If the service you use charges a fee, you will be able to review and accept that charge. Our fees are quoted in Local Currency of which store is located and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site. Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they’re due. If you don’t, we may limit your ability to use the Services.
- Al Karmelapplies auto-renew membership. Subscription fees will be charged to your Al Karmelbill the same day every month, you can cancel your Al Karmelsubscription anytime by visiting manage studio section of your Studio Dashboard.
- If your card account on file with us is closed or the account number is changed or a charge is rejected by your card issuer, you must update your card information or add a new card in your Al Karmelaccount within 7 calendar days. If your charge is refused by the issuer for any reason, your account will be deactivated and you will have to contact our support center to re-activate the shop.
- On the occasion of Trader name is duplicated, Al Karmel Studio will assign the trader having same name in registered trade license. Moreover, cities name can’t be added to the shop name, for example Biriyani Dubai and Yemani mandi …. etc will not be accepted
Purchase Process and Payment
- Al Karmel collect your data for processing your purchase on our Platforms to provide you with our services.
- We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, delivery address, telephone number, mobile number.
- By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment through Cash on Delivery or Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and JOD for the products and services
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’.
- ’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’.
- ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Al Karmel Studio policies and rules’’.
- In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our Third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.
- Traders goods prices are including the VAT and they will pay VAT to government authority by themselves.

- In оrdеr tо соntrасt with Al Karmel Studio, you muѕt роѕѕеѕѕ a valid сrеdіt оr debit саrd issued bу a bаnk ассерtаblе to us. Al Karmel Studio rеtаіnѕ thе right tо rеfuѕе аnу rеԛuеѕt mаdе bу уоu.
- If уоur order іѕ ассерtеd, we wіll іnfоrm уоu bу email аnd wе wіll соnfіrm thе іdеntіtу of thе party whісh you hаvе соntrасtеd wіth. Thіѕ wіll usually be Al Karmel Studio оr may іn some саѕеѕ be a thіrd раrtу. Where a contract is mаdе wіth a third party, Al Karmel Studio іѕ nоt асtіng аѕ either аgеnt оr рrіnсіраl and the соntrасt is mаdе bеtwееn уоurѕеlf аnd that third party аnd wіll bе ѕubjесt to thе terms оf ѕаlе which they supply you. Whеn рlасіng аn order, уоu undertake thаt аll dеtаіlѕ уоu рrоvіdе tо uѕ аrе truе and ассurаtе, that you are аn authorized user of the credit or dеbіt саrd uѕеd tо рlасе your оrdеr and that thеrе аrе sufficient fundѕ tо соvеr thе соѕt of thе gооdѕ. The cost of fоrеіgn рrоduсtѕ аnd services mау fluсtuаtе. All рrісеѕ advertised are subject tо such сhаngеѕ.

Yоur саrd will bе dеbіtеd upon аuthоrіѕаtіоn being rесеіvеd. Thе mоnеу rесеіvеd upon thе dеbіtіng оf уоur саrd ѕhаll bе treated аѕ a deposit аgаіnѕt the vаluе оf the goods уоu wish to рurсhаѕе. Onсе the order is approved by the seller, аnd уоu have bееn ѕеnt a confirmation еmаіl thе mоnеу раіd аѕ a dероѕіt ѕhаll bе used аѕ соnѕіdеrаtіоn for thе vаluе оf gооdѕ you have рurсhаѕеd аѕ listed іn the соnfіrmаtіоn еmаіl.

Payment Confirmation
For Sellers and buyers, once the online payment is done, you will be notified about the status of your payment (Success or Failure) within 24 hours through email and SMS.
For Buyers, once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the customer and the shop owner. The shop owner has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the Sellers upon delivery to fulfill the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card on the Site then the transaction is processed by alkarmelstudio.ae as agent only, alkarmelstudio.ae does not debit your card for any rejected items or orders. Delivery charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual shop owner.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At the Al Karmel Studio, оur bіggеѕt goal іѕ to serve our fabulously роtеntіаl customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your orders, we will do our best to make you happy
You understand that Al Karmeldoes not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services. We provide the venue; the items in our marketplaces are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers, so Al Karmelcannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety, or even their legality. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. You release Al Karmelfrom any claims related to items sold through our Services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by sellers.
Furthermore, the customer refund procedure (which is handled case by case) might take up to 10 working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with. The Payment gateway charges might be deducting from total amount.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Customer will be eligible to apply for a refund after receiving the item or goods with a given criteria below:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damage in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
Important information about refund eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please lооk оvеr уоur оrdеr as ѕооn аѕ уоu get іt іn уоur hands. If уоu thіnk that уоu’vе rесеіvеd a defective item, contact оur customer ѕеrvісе wіthіn 24 hours with receipt оf your оrdеr. If you were sent іnсоrrесt items оr any mіѕѕіng іtеmѕ frоm уоur оrdеr, please contact our customer service аѕ ѕооn as possible ѕо we саn gеt mishap sorted оut for уоu!
NB: Wе don’t ассерt оr give refund bасk for a product being dаmаgеd by the buyer. Therefore, return immediately any item received as faulty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using Debit / Credit Cards.
- The customer is liable to pay by cash upon delivery any extra charges the shop owner might charge as a result of the “Special Request” or the “General Request” placed by the customer.
- You cannot cancel any order after seller confirmation, if you had issues with Sellers you may contact alkarmelstudio.ae on support@alkarmelstudio.ae
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Charges and Payments
All Delivery charges are paid cash by the “buyer” and takes 3-4 working days

Cash on Delivery orders will be collected through the courier company and transferred to the bank account “sellers” have specified during shop creation within 10 working days or more.
Delivery confirmations and tracking.
All delivery information shall be available and trackable through our communication methods (SMS, Email, Website, Mobile App).
· Buyers shall refer back to “My Order Details” to track the delivery status.
· Sellers shall refer back to “Customers Order details” to track the delivery status.
Delivery Limitation of Liability
We will not be a party to disputes, negotiations of you and such third-party providers. We are not liable for any failed deliveries, returned deliveries, claims, or damages arising from the buyer or the courier service provider. The “Seller” shall be responsible of covering any fees as a result of failed / returned deliveries.

Damaged deliveries caused by Couriers
In such events caused by Couriers, a detailed incident report shall be raised by the “Seller” to support@alkarmelstudio.ae. Upon studying the case, we shall be responsible of “facilitating” the refund of the damaged items according to “Market Standard Price”.

MEMBERSHIP AND FEES
- Using Al Karmelis generally free. We may charge fees for certain Services. If the service you use charges a fee, you will be able to review and accept that charge. Our fees are quoted in Local Currency of which store is located and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site. Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they’re due. If you don’t, we may limit your ability to use the Services.
- Al Karmelapplies auto-renew membership. Subscription fees will be charged to your Al Karmelbill the same day every month, you can cancel your Al Karmelsubscription anytime by visiting manage studio section of your Studio Dashboard.
- If your card account on file with us is closed or the account number is changed or a charge is rejected by your card issuer, you must update your card information or add a new card in your Al Karmelaccount within 7 calendar days. If your charge is refused by the issuer for any reason, your account will be deactivated and you will have to contact our support center to re-activate the shop.
- On the occasion of Trader name is duplicated, Al Karmel Studio will assign the trader having same name in registered trade license. Moreover, cities name can’t be added to the shop name, for example Biriyani Dubai and Yemani mandi …. etc will not be accepted
Purchase Process and Payment
- Al Karmel collect your data for processing your purchase on our Platforms to provide you with our services.
- We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, delivery address, telephone number, mobile number.
- By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment through Cash on Delivery or Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and JOD for the products and services
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’.
- ’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’.
- ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Al Karmel Studio policies and rules’’.
- In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our Third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.
- Traders goods prices are including the VAT and they will pay VAT to government authority by themselves.

Payment Confirmation
For Sellers and buyers, once the online payment is done, you will be notified about the status of your payment (Success or Failure) within 24 hours through email and SMS.
For Buyers, once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the customer and the shop owner. The shop owner has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the Sellers upon delivery to fulfill the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card on the Site then the transaction is processed by alkarmelstudio.ae as agent only, alkarmelstudio.ae does not debit your card for any rejected items or orders. Delivery charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual shop owner.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You understand that Al Karmeldoes not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services. We provide the venue; the items in our marketplaces are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers, so Al Karmelcannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety, or even their legality. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. You release Al Karmelfrom any claims related to items sold through our Services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by sellers.
Furthermore, the customer refund procedure (which is handled case by case) might take up to 10 working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with. The Payment gateway charges might be deducting from total amount.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Customer will be eligible to apply for a refund after receiving the item or goods with a given criteria below:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damage in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
Important information about refund eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

MEMBERSHIP AND FEES
- Using Al Karmelis generally free. We may charge fees for certain Services. If the service you use charges a fee, you will be able to review and accept that charge. Our fees are quoted in Local Currency of which store is located and we may change them from time to time. We will notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on the site. Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they’re due. If you don’t, we may limit your ability to use the Services.
- Al Karmelapplies auto-renew membership. Subscription fees will be charged to your Al Karmelbill the same day every month, you can cancel your Al Karmelsubscription anytime by visiting manage studio section of your Studio Dashboard.
- If your card account on file with us is closed or the account number is changed or a charge is rejected by your card issuer, you must update your card information or add a new card in your Al Karmelaccount within 7 calendar days. If your charge is refused by the issuer for any reason, your account will be deactivated and you will have to contact our support center to re-activate the shop.
- On the occasion of Trader name is duplicated, Al Karmel Studio will assign the trader having same name in registered trade license. Moreover, cities name can’t be added to the shop name, for example Biriyani Dubai and Yemani mandi …. etc will not be accepted
Purchase Process and Payment
- Al Karmel collect your data for processing your purchase on our Platforms to provide you with our services.
- We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, delivery address, telephone number, mobile number.
- By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment through Cash on Delivery or Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and JOD for the products and services
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’.
- ’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’.
- ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Al Karmel Studio policies and rules’’.
- In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our Third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.
- Traders goods prices are including the VAT and they will pay VAT to government authority by themselves.

Payment Confirmation
For Sellers and buyers, once the online payment is done, you will be notified about the status of your payment (Success or Failure) within 24 hours through email and SMS.
For Buyers, once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the customer and the shop owner. The shop owner has sole responsibility for this order. Cash payments are made directly to the Sellers upon delivery to fulfill the order. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card on the Site then the transaction is processed by alkarmelstudio.ae as agent only, alkarmelstudio.ae does not debit your card for any rejected items or orders. Delivery charges are calculated per order and based on the policy of the individual shop owner.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You understand that Al Karmeldoes not manufacture, store, or inspect any of the items sold through our Services. We provide the venue; the items in our marketplaces are produced, listed, and sold directly by independent sellers, so Al Karmelcannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety, or even their legality. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. Any legal claim related to an item you purchase must be brought directly against the seller of the item. You release Al Karmelfrom any claims related to items sold through our Services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by sellers.
Furthermore, the customer refund procedure (which is handled case by case) might take up to 10 working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with. The Payment gateway charges might be deducting from total amount.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Customer will be eligible to apply for a refund after receiving the item or goods with a given criteria below:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damage in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
Important information about refund eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
